Screwed, am I?

I found a small crack on crankshaft side after replacing seal couple times trying to stop oil leaking.

Do you think JB weld could possibly help closing that crack up? As in temporary flux or to slow down the rate of the leak?or am I screwed, needing a new engine for my 2002 kymco people 150?

That crack looks like it extends beyond just the seal area, which is the concerning part. You might get some temporary relief with JB Weld, but I'd be planning for a proper case repair or replacement engine.
