I have a 2018 Kymco 300i with 26,000km on it. It has been serviced since new by the Kymco dealer.
It has developed a fault when it is fully warmed up where it stalls at the lights constantly. It immediatly restarts every time. Sitting on the centre stand it will happily sit there idling for 30 minutes or more. At the lights, if you just hold the throttle open slightly it's fine.
When moving, the scooter appears to ride perfectly.
The computer shows no error codes, no check engine light, it has clean filters and a new fuel pump, the throttle body has been checked and cleaned and the ISC valve has been checked and appears to operate correctly. I have also run two tanks with injector cleaner through it with no change. Voltage output is also fine at around 14 volts.
The dealer is at a loss, Kymco Australia can't provide any helpful suggestions......can anyone here help?
They have reached a point where they are basically telling me that I have to pay to just random;ly change parts until we find a cure.
