Intermittant ‘power ON’ problem… Needed to cycle ignition switch OFF/ON.

Hiya... so, occasionally I have an Intermittant ‘power ON’ problem… Needed to cycle ignition switch OFF/ON to get lights inspeedo (etc) to power up... Cant see a main relay that could be sticky (start relay only does starter motor), so must be somewhere else... Maybe ignition (key) switch.... anyone had this problem alo ?? Tks in advance.
