Hit a big bump on my Venox 250 Cruiser the other week... and the engine shut down... Got it back home and found that the battery earth lead (neg lead) had broken at the body terminal. Problem is that the terminal has been soldered AND crimped, which should never be done. Fitted a new auto lead from auto accessory shop and all was fixed... Check yours... Also, te battery hold-down strap had perished nd broken, which must have let the battery jump up and cause the break...
