At the moment we talk, my bike is a mess. KYMCO JR100

Specs:
.55mm cylinder (SEE)
.Bigger head (idk the spces but it has bigger valves) (it says LAB4) (picture)
.CVK 24 carburator
.Direct cone air intake
.let’s not talk about the wiring and electricity part (a total disaster and idk how to repair it) (mostly aftermarket parts because no OEM where i live)
.Original gearbox (no modification except a new belt)
.The exhaust is … an exhaust (i bought the bike with it and idk the specs)

My bike is a garbage for now but trust me i’ll bring it back to its prime 💪

Sounds to me like yu have an air leak... mebbe in the manifold gasket (probs an O-ring). Or a dodgy diaphragm (hold up to light and stretch it while looking for holes or tears. Had a similar prob with a TGB once... the air filter was the problem. I assume you've rebuilt the carb... Airscrew sounds right at 1-1/2 turns. Can you try running and testing on centre-stand (if fitted). Be careful that it doesn't jump off... good luck bro... Jim :)
