A few places to try. Your local Kymco dealer can usually order these in for you, it's a cheap part so postage is normally the only real cost. If you want to source it yourself, European parts sites like AZMOTORS, pieces-kymco.com and motor-x.com stock it and ship internationally, though you'll pay more in freight from Australia. eBay is also worth a search every now and then, these little clips do show up from sellers parting out bikes.
If your dealer struggles to find it under that exact code, it's also listed in some catalogues as 90652-LGC6, so worth giving them both numbers.
